JOB DETAILS

Maintenance Technician II is an Electro-Mechanical position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, supporting manufacturing operations, adjusting and repairing equipment as needed, tracking usage of and ordering replacement parts

- Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
- Perform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments
- Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition
- Perform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance Tasks following instructions
- Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance
- Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance · Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc
- Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures; Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality.; Must be available for regular standby assignments, work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime; Proficient in Word and Excel; Ability to assist in Training Level I Technicians
