F&B Attendant - All Outlets

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented full-time or part-time Waiter/Waitress to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, and is committed to delivering a high standard of service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure; Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system; Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards; Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate; Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set at all times; Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently; Process bills and payments accurately; Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations; Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Basic food safety knowledge and service training (or willingness to learn)

Nice to have

Previous service experience; all day dining or hotel experience
