Fabricator

This position is responsible to provide welding and fabrication support for the Energy systems sales, service, rental, and construction departments.

Responsibilities

Provide welding and fabrication support for Sales, Service, Rental and Construction Department; Install vent extensions, & spill boxes on generators; Install DPF systems & load bank systems on generators; Work with project management team to spec modification estimates

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent; 2 years welding or fabrication in field work or shop work; Able to do heavy and light welding; Able to do sheet metal fabrication; Knowledge of fuel tank and enclosure modifications and part manufacturing; Ability to do light design; Proficient in Mig, Tig or Stick; Must have valid driver license; Must be able to travel occasionally

Nice to have

Welding or Fabricator Certified; 5+ years’ experience in welding or fabrication in field work or shop work
