Field Operations Specialist (Austin, TX)

Employed by TalentBurst, AirGarage's Employer of Record partner, while working on-site as part of the AirGarage field team. The Field Operations Specialist is the boots-on-the-ground presence at one or more parking lots or garages, patrolling the property, verifying payment, and making sure every customer has a smooth experience. Driving is required. Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 pm - 1:00 am CT.

Responsibilities

Patrol assigned parking lots or garages on foot to check on parked vehicles; Provide coverage across multiple locations within the assigned area as needed; Use the Space Force app to scan license plates and verify active payment; Issue citations to vehicles that haven't paid through the app and leave physical notices when needed; Immobilize (boot) repeat violators in some markets; Help customers understand how to pay, walking them through the app; Light trash and litter cleanup (depending on assigned location); Coordinate with outside vendors on maintenance needs (depending on assigned location); Help hang or move signage at ground level (depending on assigned location); Help direct traffic and assist customers with questions or pricing at a small number of locations (depending on assigned location)

Requirements

Successful completion of a standard background check; A valid driver's license; Successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check; Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time, outdoors, in a working parking lot or garage environment; Own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan to operate the Space Force enforcement software; Reliable transportation to and from assigned location(s); Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently; Positive, professional attitude when engaging with customers and property stakeholders; 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the USA
