The role: Join TDX as a Field Service Technician and play a key role supporting customers across the region. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing construction equipment, ensuring customers receive reliable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on construction equipment in the field and workshop; Fault finding mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a range of equipment; Providing quality customer service and clear communication with customers and the team; Completing job documentation, reports, and warranty paperwork accurately

Requirements

Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Technician - with 3+ year’s experience out of their time; Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic and repair skills; Ability to work independently in a field-based environment; Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach; Reliable, organised, and able to manage a busy workload; A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
