Field Services Representative

Field Services Representative is responsible for the needs of broiler and breeder producers. This position will work collaboratively with the Grower Production & Field Service Managers. They are responsible for implementing best practices and procedures, while following all company policies and procedures. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our chicken and hatching egg growers and promoting Sunrise Farms within the grower communities.

Responsibilities

Field Services Representative is responsible for the needs of broiler and breeder producers; Work collaboratively with the Grower Production & Field Service Managers; Implement best practices and procedures while following all company policies and procedures; Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our chicken and hatching egg growers; Promote Sunrise Farms within the grower communities; Maintain excellent communication with producers; Manage farm issues/opportunities with our Growers, including mortality, target weight and other issues as they arise; Keep a current knowledge of industry trends; Other duties as required

Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Ability to identify opportunities and follow through on the execution and improvement; Excellent Analytical & organizational skills; Time Management; Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Strong critical thinking and communication skills to share ideas and influence others; Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

Previous Agricultural /Poultry industry experience is an asset
