Where You Will Work

Our regional corporate office is located in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs.; Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders..; Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility.; Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.; Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions).; Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.; At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations. Real Estate experience is a plus.; Strong financial acumen; Strong data modeling experience; Strong business writing skills; Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus
