Responsibilities

Manage project invoicing processes and coordinate vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy and traceability.; Maintain and update financial models using operational and project data.; Prepare and update monthly financial reports for project and business performance tracking.; Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and cash flow analysis.; Maintain profitability models, financial dashboards, and executive reporting.; Monitor collections, project billing, and financial performance across active engagements.; Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reconciliations.; Update labor cost models and support financial closing activities.; Maintain intercompany financial models and funding reconciliations.; Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.; 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Treasury Coordinator, Corporate Accountant, or similar financial role.; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and financial modeling.; Experience working with financial models and large datasets.; Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.; Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and data visualization tools.; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.; Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.; Knowledge of IFRS (SMEs or Full IFRS) is highly desirable.; Previous experience in technology companies or multi-entity corporate environments is a plus.; Familiarity with AI tools applied to finance is desirable.; Intermediate English proficiency.; 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Accounting, or Treasury.; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.; Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.; Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
