Requirements

Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience; Serve as a technology champion within the branch; Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients; Ability to assess client needs and find opportunities; Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity; Securities Industry Essentials (SIE); Series 7; Series 66

Nice to have

Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus; A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial
