As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships. The Team: As a key member of the team, you will provide daily support to Fidelity’s most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens client relationships. By proactively identifying opportunities and making effective introductions, you will play a direct role in driving the success and growth of the branch.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience; Required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and overall performance; Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients; The ability to assess client needs and find opportunities; Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity; Series 07 - FINRA; Series 63 - FINRA; Series 66 - FINRA

Nice to have

Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus; A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial
