Fine Dining Server

This is an exciting new opportunity to work onboard this luxury trainline as a Fine Dining Server. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptionally high standard of service across all aspects of food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Fine Dining Server provide outstanding customer service; Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner service each day and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties; Service of drinks and canapés pre-lunch and dinner, afternoon tea service and the preparation and service of ‘welcome back’ drinks; Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses; Prepare restaurant cars and related areas to ensure smooth operations; Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep; Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality; Stay informed about onboard menus and boutique items; Address passenger requests, including dietary or special occasion needs; Conduct yourself professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.

Requirements

Experience within Luxury food and beverage service or Luxury hospitality; Experience as a Fine Dining Waiter /Waitress / Server; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
