We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Lead for our AFS Operations in Bengaluru, India. As a Floor Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards in our advanced manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of production operators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback; Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards; Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction; Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and workflow; Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the production area; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs; Train and develop team members on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures; Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review; Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency; Strong knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools; Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred); In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices; Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in a production environment; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required; Willingness to relocate to or currently reside in Bengaluru, India
