FMO - Front of House

We're looking for a FMO - Front of house who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to office schedules.

Responsibilities

Welcoming visitor's to site, review meeting room books and anything else needed in front of house; Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order for cleaners to use; Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules; Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used; Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training; Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

Ability to communicate and read basic English; Flexible and proactive approach to work; Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude; Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
