Food and Beverage Attendant

Oaks Wellington Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team on a 6 weeks fixed casual term.

This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

- Monday to Sunday 6.00 am to 10.00 pm

Responsibilities

Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders; Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations; Delivering professional, efficient and friendly table service; Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations

Requirements

A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.; Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.; Previous experience in a waitstaff or bartender position.; Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.; Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.; Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
