Avani Queenstown Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a Part-Time basis.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across both bar and floor service, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests from around the world.

You'll join a collaborative team that values great service, positive energy and creating memorable moments for every guest.

Shift Details (subject to change)

- Rotating roster Sunday to Thursday
- Shifts schedule across: 5:30am - 11.00am 7.00am - 12.00pm 8.00am - 2.00pm

Responsibilities

Provide attentive food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering meals; Deliver professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests; Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience; Maintain clean, stocked and organised bar and service areas; Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service; Contribute to a positive and professional team environment; Comply with all health, hygiene and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards

Requirements

Previous experience in food & beverage service; Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; A positive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality; The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
