Responsibilities

Oaks Auckland Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis.; This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.; As a valued team member, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:; Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders; Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations; Delivering professional, efficient and friendly table service; Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations Shift Details (subject to change):; Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts; Rotating rosters across Monday through to Sunday; Full availability required, must be available to work weekends; Split shifts may be required on some days

Requirements
