About the Roles

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

Responsibilities

Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service across our restaurants, bars, and events spaces; Supporting daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, functions, and guest experiences; Leading and supporting team members to deliver service excellence (Supervisor positions); Ensuring food and beverage standards are maintained in line with brand expectations; Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team members; Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment (preferred); Current RSA certification; Current Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain); Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences; Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment; A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop; Strong communication skills and attention to detail; Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays; For Supervisor roles, previous experience supervising or leading a Food & Beverage team is preferred
