Food & Beverage Supervisor

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking two experienced full-time Food & Beverage Supervisors to join the team at Strahan Village. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in elevating the food and beverage offering across the property. You'll lead and support your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional service delivery and memorable guest experiences. One Supervisor will oversee View 42 Restaurant & Lounge Bar and the other will oversee Hamer's Bar & Bistro.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in elevating the food and beverage offering across the property; Lead and support your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional service delivery and memorable guest experiences; Work closely together to support daily operations, lead your teams and deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience across all food and beverage outlets; Oversee View 42 Restaurant & Lounge Bar with buffet offering, large-scale group dining, special events and elevated lounge bar; Oversee Hamer's Bar & Bistro with classic bistro dining and vibrant bar atmosphere; Lead the day-to-day operation of the venue, support and develop your team while ensuring exceptional service, strong operational performance and memorable guest experiences

Requirements

Proven experience leading food and beverage teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment; A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve exceptional results; Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, buffet, function or event service environments; A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, with a reputation for providing exceptional customer service; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders; Confidence managing competing priorities while maintaining high service standards in a busy environment; Sound knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine varieties and food and wine pairings; Strong beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wine and premium bar service (particularly desirable for the View 42 opportunity); Current RSA and DoFoodSafely certification; A current driver's licence and own vehicle, due to the remote location
