In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and complete the registration process; Assist guests with check-out; Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information; Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities; Respond to guest inquiries and requests; Field guest complaints and resolve issues; Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests

Nice to have

Customer service experience preferred; Hotel experience preferred; Experience working in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required; 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
