Responsibilities

The resource will support the reception team in the following activities.; Reception of guests;; Handling e-mail and elephone reservations;; Writing menus for both restaurants.; Customer care.

Requirements

The following qualifications are required:; Excellent knowledge of German, English and knowledge of Italian; Passion for the Hotellerie industry; Problem solving skills , customer orientation, motivation, ability to work in team
