Arηs Group, Part of Accenture , is looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Team Lead to reinforce a dynamic team. You will lead the development of complex in-house solutions, ensuring technical quality, coaching the team, and driving best practices across the stack.

Responsibilities

Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team; Coaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviews; Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Angular, SQL, and optional technologies (ng-grid, AWS, Python); Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions; Coordinating development tasks, delegating work, and supporting the Delivery Manager in planning; Resolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challenges; Ensuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and security; Supervising system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activities; Conducting security checks and identify areas for improvement; Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.; A true team player, eager to share knowledge and support colleagues.; Fluent in English, with strong communication and coordination skills.; Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.; Strong sense of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.; Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and continuously seeking improvement.; Java backend development; Angular frontend development; SQL (database modeling, stored procedures, optimization); Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture and modern development practices.; ng-grid (or similar grid libraries); AWS cloud development (Lambda, S3, EC2…); Python for automation, scripting, or integration tasks
