Gen-X is a transformative 18–24-month leadership program designed for the following types of exceptional talents: Distinguished Scientist of Protein; AI for Science; Commercial Leaders; CFO Office Advisor; Supply Chain.

Requirements

High-potential Ph.D./MBA talent; Applicant graduated in 2025 or expected to graduate in 2026 with a Ph.D. degree in life science; Outstanding publications in top journals (Nature, Cell, Science) or patented biotech inventions; Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges; Solid research or professional experience in protein, nucleic acid, peptide, computational biology, AI for Science, or related biotechnology fields; Strong willingness to grow and excel in cross-functional roles; Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to thrive in a highly complex, global working environment; Take the initiative to prioritize effectively and exceed goals; Strong self-motivation and intellectual curiosity; Proven experience of proactive exploration (e.g., dual degrees, cross-boundary expansion projects); MBA/PhD talents with life science expertise; MBA talents with 3-7 years working experience, solid foundational skills in finance, outstanding accomplishments, and strong achievement motivation; Fresh master's graduates with a biology background at bachelor's or master's level
