Leadership & Team Coordination; Multi‑Trade Planning & Scheduling; Construction Operations Management; Problem‑Solving & Decision‑Making; Communication & Stakeholder Coordination; Safety Leadership & Compliance; Quality Control & Execution Oversight; Time Management & Prioritization; Conflict Resolution; Commitment to Continuous Improvement; Previous experience as a leadman or foreman on commercial construction projects, with demonstrated leadership across multiple trades.; Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination of trade activities.; Proven ability to lead teams, manage field operations, and maintain project schedules and productivity goals.; Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.; Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.; Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a strong safety culture.
