Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a General Manager for its pre-opening hotel, Park Inn By Radisson, Electronic City, Bengaluru. The General Manager leads and supports the team on a daily basis, ensures successful hotel operations, and represents the RHG brand by delivering memorable moments to guests and team members. The role balances executing the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and commercial results.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee daily operations; Plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure smooth and profitable running of the business; Be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring hotel team members work as a well-functioning team; Operate the hotel in a manner that represents brand standards and exceeds guest expectations; Actively communicate and execute company strategies; Play a key role between the central team and the owners; Lead and support the team on a daily basis and ensure successful operation of the hotel; Represent the RHG brand by delivering memorable moments to guests and team

Requirements

Experience in hotel management or in a related field; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills; Passion for hospitality; Ability to work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation; Ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing hotel budget
