A Leading Global Law firm is seeking a talented Generalist Associate with 2 years’ plus post-qualification experience to join its high-performing Hamburg office. Responsibilities

Advising on a broad range of cross-practice legal matters; Supporting senior lawyers on complex domestic and international transactions; Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation; Conducting legal research and preparing high-quality written analysis; Managing client communication and contributing to business development initiatives; Working collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions

Requirements

2 years plus PQE gained at a leading law firm; Strong academic background and excellent technical skills; Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style; Fluent German and English; Legal drafting; Transactional experience; Legal research
