Responsibilities

Develop and refresh menus with creativity and flair; Train and support site chefs, building skills and consistency; Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts; Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control; Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites

Requirements

Head Chef or Chef Manager experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens; Strong leadership and mentoring skills; Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality; Experience managing budgets and GP%; Committed to raising culinary standards
