Global Partner Marketing Manager - TR

Responsibilities

Lead co-marketing initiatives with technology and agency partners, including webinars, content, events, and digital campaigns; Manage various Market Development Funds (MDFs) programs, maximizing MDF allocations received from our strategic global tech partners like AWS, Meta, Shopify, etc. Strengthen relationships with global partners, ensuring co-marketing activities and sponsorships are strategically planned and executed; Manage sponsorship programs for Insider One's flagship events like UPLIFT, collaborating closely with regional teams; Support regional teams in executing partner-focused marketing activities, such as workshops, trainings, and enablement programs; Track, measure, and optimize partner marketing performance, ensuring all initiatives drive revenue impact and align with business objectives

Requirements

5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related fields within a B2B SaaS or tech company; Proven ability to manage MDFs, drive co-marketing initiatives, and scale partner marketing programs globally; Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including demand generation, content marketing, sponsorships, and events; Experience collaborating with technology and agency partners, ensuring joint value propositions and go-to-market alignment; Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple global initiatives simultaneously; A data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize marketing initiatives and demonstrate revenue impact; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
