Global Process/Productivity Engineer 5

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. The Process/Productivity Engineer will provide technical support to field process engineers and product support personnel who are troubleshooting etch chambers for gaps in process capability, chamber matching, defects, and yield failure issues. Reports process related enhancement, continuous design improvements to engineering group. Supports first in Fab customers with process qualification. Provides training Field Service engineers and provides BKM documents. Travel up to 15% - 20%.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
