Responsibilities

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements; Create images and layouts by hand or using design software; Study design briefs and determine requirements; Think of ideas and produces graphic art and visual materials to effectively communicate marketing efforts; Come up with different creatives which includes, but not limited to, illustrations, logos and collaterals; Prepares rough drafts and present ideas; Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic; Creates marketing material for a wide range of products; Prepares designs for both print and web publications; Generate new designs for branding purposes; Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand; Work with Marketing Manager to produce final design; Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality design.; Ability to prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.; Take ownership and be accountable for the quality of the work.; Amend designs after feedback

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Design, and other related courses; Refined personal development skills, a team player and collaborator; Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop; 3D and Video Editing (Adobe Premiere) experience is a plus; With at least 1-year experience in a relevant field but Fresh Graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply; Has a detailed portfolio; Must be creative in creating marketing designs and material; Willingness and flexibility to accept direction
