Group Fitness Instructor

EōS Fitness is bold, upbeat, and motivating, both in its fitness routines and its work environment. EōS Fitness' Core Purpose is to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. The successful candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of participants, soliciting feedback about the class, being dependable and consistent in class schedule, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards members while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes.

Responsibilities

Engage and wow members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful; Answer questions and concerns of participants; Solicit feedback about the class; Be dependable and consistent with class start and end times; Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes; Keep the Group Fitness studio clean; Provide customer service; Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety; Complete continuing education; Ensure timeliness; Ensure member satisfaction; Manage class size; Ensure safety and report incidents/injuries

Requirements

Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (must have); Valid CPR/AED Certification (must have); Takes ownership of results; Fight hard to win; Adapts well and quickly to various situations; Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality; Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done; Must be extremely organized; Energetic; Great fitness role model and motivator; Good musicality (stays on the beat, not applicable to all classes but most); Clear communicator (cues well); Dependable
