GTM Senior Systems Analyst

Legora is looking for a GTM Senior Systems Analyst to help engineer the technical foundation of our revenue engine - we need a hands-on specialist to harden our infrastructure and ensure our systems scale alongside our growth. In this role, you will have a heavy hand in the end-to-end evolution of our GTM ecosystem. With Salesforce as your primary canvas, your work spans the full funnel: you will partner with Marketing to optimize lead intake and flow, collaborate with Sales and Finance to refine Lead-to-Cash precision, and work with Customer Success to architect automated renewal and lifecycle workflows.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales & Finance to design and improve CPQ systems, Deal Desk, and connections to ERP; Own Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancement and bug resolution from issue/enhancement identification to resolution; Design, build, and manage page layouts, lightning record pages, custom fields/formulas, validation rules, and approval logic; Comfortable evaluating third party, managed packages, and appexchange products for integration with revenue systems tech stack; Manage profiles, permissions, role hierarchy, and security; Support release management by accurately tracking and deploying metadata and record based config; Support turning GTM strategy into actionable process and system enhancements; Improve Opportunity conversion & forecast accuracy through process and system design; Decrease time spent quoting and in deal desk through CPQ configuration & pricing structure; Contract → Billing → Revenue data flow; Expansion & lifecycle workflows; Build and support integrations across Salesforce (CRM), CPQ, CLM, Billing, and ERP systems

Requirements

4–6+ years in Salesforce-heavy RevOps / GTM Systems roles; Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration or development experience; Strong automation expertise; Experience implementing CPQ and billing integrations; Comfortable operating in high-growth environments
