Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and students upon arrival, providing assistance as needed; Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, offering information about our programs and services; Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty treatments and consultations; Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information; Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally; Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and welcoming atmosphere; Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; A positive attitude and the desire to assist others; Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs

Nice to have

Additional training in hospitality or customer service; Previous experience in customer service or guest relations; Familiarity with CRM systems
