Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients; Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team; Collaborate with ownership on setting and achieving goals for your team; Excel at daily operations and advance the local reputation of your salon; Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications; Train, educate, and mentor stylists; Ensure salon compliance with company policies and local/state regulations

Requirements

Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license); Deep love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry; Leadership experience managing a team (even if in a different industry); Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset; Enjoy mentoring up-and-coming stylists, leading by example, and collaborating well; Friendly, professional client interactions; Understanding and supporting key actions for success (goal setting, training, inventory management, community outreach); Pride in exceeding cleanliness standards
