Provide exceptional leadership; Provide guest service; Understand your guest’s needs; Provide quality consultations; Perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner

Requirements

Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations; Want to lead and assist a salon manager; Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at the end of the day; Ability to read, write, and do basic math; Good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus; Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs; Must be ok with fragrances and chemicals
