Responsibilities

Full-Service Styling: precision cuts, styles, vibrant color, highlights, and facial waxing; Real Consultations: connecting with people from all walks of life and making sure they leave feeling confident; Clean Team Vibe: sweeping, laundry/towels, scrubbing the bowls, and keeping retail shelves stocked; Tech & Operations: using the simple POS system to check guests in and out and handle basic salon math

Requirements

Current Cosmetology or Barber license; Reliability: able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Energy: comfortable being on your feet and working with your hands all day; Professionalism: handle the hustle while keeping your station clean and your attitude positive
