Responsibilities

Deliver fabulous haircuts, color, and styles with confidence; Build lasting relationships and a loyal clientele; Recommend professional products to enhance results; Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment; Handle basic admin tasks and occasionally close up shop

Requirements

Licensed Hairstylist or Barber with a passion for helping people look and feel their best; Valid journeyperson COA (or close too); Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; Tech skills to navigate salon software (training provided); Great communication skills and team spirit; Strong work ethic and passion for customer service; Ability to stand for long periods and perform salon services; Comfortable with bending, reaching, and light lifting (10-25 lbs); OK with being around hair products, chemicals, and scents
