Responsibilities

Complete maintenance and repairs for small to medium home and commercial projects, ranging from two hours to two days; Make recommendations and manage customer expectations regarding scope, costs, and project completion; Create life-long customers by delivering a great experience using the Mr. Handyman Way repeatable process

Requirements

Significant drywall experience; Skills and experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring; General handyman repair skills gained over a 5+ year career; Ability to manage own projects and often work alone; Excellent customer service while asking for reviews, collecting payments and ensuring property is left in good shape; Necessary handyman skills, including ability to use technology, to tackle a variety of projects; Document job while following process, aligning with culture, vision and expectations
