HCM Solution Engineer

RED Global is currently looking for an experienced HCM Solution Engineer to join a global P&O technology team, supporting a complex HCM landscape across Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Core HR systems.

Responsibilities

Design and support HCM solutions across Workday and related P&O applications; Build and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration tools; Manage SSO, IAM, and security-related configurations; Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver technical solutions; Support global implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives

Requirements

5+ years of HCM Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting experience; Hands-on experience with Workday and enterprise HCM platforms; Strong knowledge of Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning systems; Experience with integrations, APIs, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and IAM; Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
