HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role requires a strong blend of functional understanding of HR processes and hands-on technical skills in implementing, customizing, and integrating HCM modules. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless delivery of HCM projects.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules; Work closely with business users to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities; Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL Loader templates; Design and support complex integrations with third-party systems; Provide end-to-end support from requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment; Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues; Ensure compliance with business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions

Requirements

8+ years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud; Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc.); Proven hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts; BI Publisher; Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits); HDL (HCM Data Loader); Integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI); Deep understanding of HR business processes and ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
