Head of Finance

You will lead and manage our Finance & IT function with 7 dedicated colleagues, 5 finance professionals and 2 IT expertise. You will be part of our local management team. Responsibilities

Set a clear direction for your department; Responsible for Finance and IT at site-level; Managing your team and ensuring their development and growth; KPIs definitions, projects and other target settings as well as review and approval for this department; Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws and regulations in terms of Finance and IT; Handling audits and reporting

Requirements

Experienced people manager with a firm grasp on Finance; Natural authority and innate ability to motivate and guide those around you; Great interpersonal skills; Natural curiosity enables you to navigate different cultures with ease; Team player mentality; Master the art of stakeholder management; Experienced manager; Relevant degree in finance or similar; Solid experience with accounting, reporting and auditing in manufacturing industry from a similar role; Analytical and organized; Self-driven and dare to challenge; Excellent presentation skills and ready to present numbers to the management team; Speak and write English fluently
