Head of Group Sales Office

Overall responsibility:

• Manage the sales offices in the Company`s Group in Poland, Indian, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Holland and Germany.

Succes criteria:

• Lead and manage the Sales Office organisation
• Develop the current offices toward one working structure / same process principles and with full support and involvement of our team leader organisation in each sales office
• Create efficient and harmonized processes in the Sales offices that will lead to high service levels when it comes to response time, accuracy and proactive communication with our customers
• Improve and share communication between Sales offices and Operations in Sales and Operation planning
• Measure the service levels in each sales office and make sure these are within the service level goals
• Measure the cost for each sales office in terms of revenue served and share best practices to increase efficiency overall
• Redistribute work across sales offices to equalize out capacity problems
• Taking direct contact with Customers and provide necessary info to customers regarding issues connected to business relationship (deliveries, changes, introductions, etc) in a proactive manner
• Receiving feedback from Customer to support continuous improvements
• Gather info from customers/ sale managers about sales targets, strategies, campaigns, implementation etc.
• Active role in sales forecast preparation

Requirements for the applicant:

• Background in international sales in a production company
• Leading Sales Office
• Furniture business experience
• Knowledge about European markets specific
• Change management experience
• Teambuilding skills
• Easy to communicate with some sort of assertiveness
• Structural approach for process management and follow up
• Continuous improvement approach
• Good leadership skills and management toolbox
• English language on business fluency level, German language will be a plus
