Healthcare Deployment Project Manager

Kaizen Global is partnering with a leading nationwide organisation to recruit an experienced Healthcare Deployment Project Manager. Responsibilities

Lead healthcare equipment deployment projects from planning through to completion; Coordinate manufacturers, healthcare facilities, logistics providers, and installation teams; Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and client communications; Oversee warehousing, transportation, inventory, and final-mile delivery activities; Ensure equipment is delivered, installed, and operational on time; Support hospital activations, site readiness, and go-live programmes; Build strong relationships with healthcare clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years' project management experience; Experience within healthcare, medical equipment deployments, logistics, supply chain, facility activations, or multi-site rollout programmes; Project management experience delivering ADA, Wayfinding, or healthcare signage projects is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage; Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills; Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams; Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software; Willingness to travel as required

Nice to have

Healthcare equipment deployment experience; Medical device industry background; ADA, Wayfinding, or environmental graphics project experience; Hospital activation or operational readiness projects; Final-mile delivery or installation management experience; PMP Certification (preferred but not essential)
