Help Desk Specialist Junior

The Junior Windows Server Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and integrating Windows Server technologies within the corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring system integrity, service continuity, security, and optimal performance.

The candidate will act as an entry-level systems engineer within the Infrastructure team, assisting with routine system updates, administration, active directory configuration, and security patching under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

System Administration & Support: Assists in the daily operational administration and monitoring of Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policies, File Servers, DFS, DHCP, DNS, and print services.; Infrastructure Deployment: Supports the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of server systems, client workstations, and peripheral equipment.; Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Diagnoses and resolves system errors, performance issues, and bottlenecks, providing 1st and 2nd level support and collaborating with external vendors for complex resolutions.; Automation & Scripting: Assists in writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and improve system efficiency.
