This is a permanent role offering full-time stability for HGV Class 1 drivers who will be responsible for RDC deliveries. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.

Responsibilities

Delivering palletised goods to regional distribution centres across England and Wales; Collecting palletised stock from local/regional suppliers; Trunking stock to and from other Culina group sites; Driving for top-tier clients with limited handball; Occasionally sleeping overnight in a vehicle (with generous allowances)

Requirements

Valid C+E Licence.; Current valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph cards.; Minimum 12 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience is essential; Live within a 30-mile commutable distance of the site (BS11 0YH); No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DD or DR code convictions.; Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive legislation.; Ability to complete vehicle checks and report defects correctly.; Commitment to on-site health and safety requirements.; Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
