Responsibilities

Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care; Assist clients with personal care and hygiene; Provide transportation as required; Assist in providing a safe environment for client; Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

Requirements

High School diploma or GED; 1 year experience in health care; Proof of eligibility to work in the US; Reliable car / auto insurance; Clean background and criminal record; Current Physical and TB test; CPR Certification (We can certify you if you are not certified already)
