High Speed Crew - Traffic Management Operatives

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK and are constantly recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives. They are seeking a Full High Speed Crew of Traffic Management Operatives with existing Traffic Management experience to work within one of their leading Traffic Management clients. This is a rare opportunity to work within your existing crew without being interchanged.

Responsibilities

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS; Deliver site daily briefings; Have a competent understanding and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document; Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers; Work alongside your crew to ensure teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans; Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings; Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8; Ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and required quality of operations; Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times; Be aware of and comply with the provided RAMS; Safely manage the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment; Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements; Complete Risk Assessments; Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects; Work with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time

Requirements

Experience in one or more of the listed 12AB/TTMBC positions (12AB IPV Foreman/LTMO, 12AB Operative, TTMBC/12AB 1DAY, 12AB IPV Operative, 12AB Foreman/LTMO); Existing Traffic Management experience; Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications; Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check; Right to Work in UK; Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
