Requirements

8+ years of experience in construction or handyman services (required); Strong skills in at least 3 of the following: Carpentry; Drywall repair; Painting (interior/exterior); Kitchen & bathroom improvements; Basic plumbing & electrical (as permitted by law); Flooring installation/repair; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Strong communication and customer service mindset; Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively; Valid driver’s license (must be insurable); Ability to pass background and driving checks; Ability to lift 50 lbs; Own standard set of tools; Willing to relocate to or commute to Virginia Beach, VA
