Responsibilities

Delivering outstanding care and quality standards.; Driving continuous improvement across the home.; Creating a positive, engaged and accountable team culture.; Developing and mentoring future leaders.; Building occupancy and strengthening the home's reputation within the local community.; Working collaboratively with senior leadership to implement exciting future development plans.

Requirements

Registered Home Manager experience within elderly nursing and/or residential care.; Proven experience leading CQC inspections as the Registered Manager.; Strong operational and commercial understanding.; Excellent people leadership and coaching skills.; Passion for delivering exceptional resident outcomes.; Ability to inspire, influence and drive lasting change.

Nice to have

Experience turning around underperforming services; Consistent achievement and maintenance of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings over multiple inspections
