Completing Home Maintenance & Repairs; Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers; Create Life-Long Customers; Self-manage and work alone often; Speak with customers and provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments using Square; Document the job while following the Mr. Handyman Way; Wear proper PPE and booties

Requirements

Live within a 10-20 mile radius of our office in Lake Mary, FL; Have 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman/home remodeling professional; Own all of your own tools; Be insurable for driving our vehicle; Complete a background and driving record check; Able to lift 50 pounds independently; Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time; Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle; Strong proficiency in at least three of the following: carpentry work, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting inside and out, drywall work minor and major repairs, general plumbing and electrical where allowed by law, floor installation and refurbishing, familiarity with building codes; Self-manage and work alone often; Speak with customers and provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments using Square; Have necessary work tools, including ability to use technology; Document the job while following the Mr. Handyman Way; Wear proper PPE and booties
