Hospitality officer - Bathurst

RFBI Bathurst is seeking an experienced individual who is interested in working across our Catering and Hotel Services departments on a part-time basis. Within this dynamic role, you will assist across our catering, cleaning and laundry departments, delivering quality food and cleaning services to our residents and ensuring they feel as comfortable and cared for as possible.

Responsibilities

Prepare catering area in line with appropriate processes to ensure effective delivery of catering services; Assist with the preparation of meals in compliance with health and nutritional standards, providing high quality efficient and effective service; Clean resident rooms and common areas ensuring the village is tidy and free of waste; Ensure residents' clothing and laundry items are laundered correctly

Requirements

Previous experience working in catering, cleaning and laundry; Ability to work unsupervised; Current First Aid Certificate; You must have or be able to obtain a current National Police Check; Be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment; All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia

Nice to have

Previous experience working in an aged care setting; Certificate III in Aged Care; Certificate III in Hospitality or qualification in Safe Food Handling
